To ensure our ability to deliver and certify the various process automation steps that comprise our standard methodology, assigned engineering resources from Sure Link's Professional Services division are responsible for developing and delivering pilots and functional prototypes for each of the solutions we support. Pilot implementations are conducted by our more senior technical experts and cover every conceivable aspect of a systems implementation including verification and testing of each possible connection, connectivity requirement and business objective. 

Furthermore, the pilot implementation is used as a forum to prepare detailed systems implementation guides that act as the documented knowledge transfer component that guarantees proper hand offs between our Professional Services teams and our field organization.
